Graduate is designed for a first CV. Education and projects come before experience, under a centred, friendly header, so a short work history does not leave the page looking empty.

Use it for internships, graduate schemes and first jobs. Put your degree, grades and final-year project at the top, then add university societies, volunteering, part-time work and certificates. Each of these counts as experience when you describe what you did and what changed because of it.

It is a single column with standard headings, so applicant tracking systems read it without trouble. Once you have a couple of years of experience, switch to Modern or Columns and move Experience above Education with one click.
